I envy Zoe Leong Yin-Mun who has just relocated in Brisbane! I also wish that I can be there, not working and I don't mind cooking/baking ;p

Swiss Watch Gallery's “Timepieces Today, Tomorrow and Forever Exhibition”, in celebration of its 10th year anniversary

Over the past 3 weeks, we have been working very hard and overtime towards this project since time frame given was EXTREMELY short! This is the biggest project since the day I joined the Group. High satisfaction and hopefully my bonus & increment will be ‘satisfying’ too, given the all the efforts we have committed.

Patience

Patience is about giving ourselves the gift of time – to be willing to set aside our desire to ‘have it now’ and trust what is ours will come as long as we keep moving forward.

Patience achieves everything. So next time you have doubts, relax and know the right answers will come in time. Forcing things to happen faster often created big problems. Learn to let go and trust. Affirm everything is unfolding perfectly and so it is.

Life is all about timing…the unreachable becomes reachable, the unavailable become available, the unattainable…attainable. Have the patience, wait it out. It’s all about timing.

Snö (SnöShakes)

Seet and I recently discovered this new place in Pavilion KL - Snö (SnöShakes), a new way to enjoy 'personalize' ice cream and/or frozen yogurt desserts *slurp slurp* Snö uses specially developed Apple iPad application for customers to place/personalize order(s), very high tech eh!

What I felt impressive was the customers' experience I received from them (a bunch of young and energetic employees), felt so warm and close to my heart. My first visit was on Thursday and we decided to visit again on Friday because (I think they jampi us) we really felt in love with it! Seet and I had this chat while we were walking:

Jess: Do you think they remember us ah?
Seet: Not if they have a lot of customers.
Jess: *silent*

As soon as we were approaching, we were well received with a “Welcome back”! I was quite shocked that true enough, they remember us! Does that mean they do not have a lot of customers? Nah! It’s the customers’ experience that I mentioned earlier. Good job, team!
